Laurie has been a realtor for many years and feels incredibly blessed to do what she loves. Throughout her career, she has helped countless people buy and sell their homes, forming meaningful connections along the way. A true “hands-on” agent, Laurie personally oversees every step of the process, ensuring that each client feels supported and informed.

Laurie’s journey into real estate was inspired by personal experiences. After losing her mother to cancer at the age of 27, she was left with the regret of not having had more time together due to the demands of her full-time job. When her father received the same diagnosis a few years later, Laurie resolved to be there for him. She sought a career that would provide the flexibility to care for her father and be more present for her children. Laurie began her real estate career in 2004, just before the market crash, a challenging time to enter the industry. Through hard work, persistence, and dedication, she built a thriving business grounded in consistency, authenticity, and exceptional service.

Having lived in Loomis her entire life, Laurie has an appreciation for its charm and character. Laurie and her husband live in the downtown area, in the very house her father built. As the youngest of five children, she attended Loomis Grammar School, where the library is named in honor of her mother, Shirley Cruse, and later Del Oro High School. When she and her husband decided to start a family, they knew they wanted to raise their children in the same community that had given them so much. Today, their three sons are grown and in their 30s, but the family’s roots remain firmly planted in Loomis.

Looking ahead, Laurie is streamlining her business and online presence to focus more time on her clients, helping even more people achieve their real estate goals with the same personal care and exceptional service that define her work.
