For Jason Sauve, owner of Golden Valley Development, what was once a side hustle during college has evolved into a lifetime passion project. With more than 25 years of experience in the landscaping industry guiding his way, he’s set to continue serving the people in his community and working hard to cement a legacy that he began building decades ago.

Jason’s journey began when he was in college, where he stayed busy taking classes while doing landscape work on the side to make extra money. As time went on, he became more and more immersed with the landscaping industry. In the early 2000s, Jason and his dad started a landscaping business that slowly evolved into Golden Valley Development, a company dedicated to crafting custom outdoor living spaces. “I’ve always been inspired by the attention to detail and immersive experience of places like Disneyland—the idea that a space can leave a lasting impression on someone,” Jason explains. “That inspiration is what drove me to stop doing odd jobs and start building something real. Today, Golden Valley Development is the culmination of everything I’ve learned along the way.” Fueling his fire to succeed and providing inspiration for him to be a good leader are Jason’s wife and their six children.

Golden Valley Development specializes in high-end residential landscape development, which ranges from custom pools and pergolas to ADUs.
