Chad Talach Real Estate is built upon a client relationship of trust and transparency. For years, Chad has consistently ranked among the top-producing agents in Sacramento County, earning a reputation not only for his success but also for his deep care and commitment to his clients.
Chad was born and raised on a small farm in Canada. Driven by education, he pursued multiple degrees, graduating with honors with a Commerce and Business Administration degree from the University of Windsor, a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Xavier in Cincinnati, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario in London. After college, he spent a year in Whistler, British Columbia, mountain biking and snowboarding, before returning to Ontario to begin his professional career.
Chad entered the logistics industry with Transfreight Logistics in an entry-level role and quickly propelled upward, securing a role in Erlanger, Kentucky. Over the next four years, he advanced steadily, ultimately serving as General Manager of Logistics Engineering and Development. When his younger brother accepted a job in Sacramento, Chad decided to move to be near him and walk away from a successful corporate career. He arrived in Sacramento in 2008 during one of the most difficult economic downturns in recent history. With limited opportunities for his background and skill set, he decided to create his own path, choosing real estate at a time when the market was at rock bottom. His first sale was a modest $70,000 transaction, a stark contrast to his current average sales price of around $800,000.
Chad credits his corporate background with shaping his ability to communicate effectively with clients and provide a level of professionalism that sets him apart. Many of his clients appreciate not only his knowledge of buying and selling but also his ability to explain the nuances of negotiations and strategies. For Chad, success starts with caring for his clients and continues with offering detailed, practical guidance.
Chad lives in Sacramento’s Sierra Oaks neighborhood, where he has resided for four years. Prior to that, he spent a decade in Midtown, where he served as chair of his neighborhood association. He remains actively involved in the community as a board member of the Sacramento Association of Realtors Charity Foundation. He and his wife Jacqueline Gage, who is also a realtor, enjoy time with their dogs, Brodie, a Weimaraner, and Luna, a French Bulldog. An avid cyclist, Chad enjoys living near the American River Parkway, where he rides his gravel and mountain bikes, often competing in races.
Looking ahead, Chad aims to refine his marketing strategies, expand his reach, and focus more on the luxury market in partnership with his wife. With a foundation built on trust, transparency, and genuine care, he continues to chart a steady path of growth for his business.
