For over 100 years, Lambert Funeral Home has served the Roseville community with unwavering dedication. The funeral home provides free placement of cremated remains at one of its local Dignity Memorial cemeteries* and partners with Randy Peters Catering and Events to offer beautifully prepared food for receptions held at any location.

Lambert Funeral Home is managed by Shelbi Franz, who takes pride in knowing that no family is ever turned away, and that every family receives the care and respect they deserve. Shelbi began her career in 2017 as a receptionist at a cemetery in South Sacramento, where she discovered her calling to funeral service. Determined to pursue her passion, she attended and graduated from Mortuary College, becoming a licensed funeral director and apprentice embalmer. Today, she manages Lambert Funeral Home and holds a pre-need funeral insurance license, allowing her to assist families who wish to plan ahead as well as those experiencing immediate loss. Nearing completion of her apprenticeship, she will soon become a fully licensed embalmer. Shelbi is passionate about her work and describes it as an honor to celebrate lives and support families through their grief. She leads a team at Lambert that is strong, compassionate and deeply committed to their calling.

The team is also preparing for a remodel of the facility to enhance comfort and better accommodate celebrations of life and funeral receptions.
