I've always had a passion for building and design, stemming from my family's legacy in craftsmanship. Starting MT Higgins Construction was a way to merge my love for high-quality homes with my commitment to family values.

Why is Sacramento an ideal location for custom homes?

My wife was born and raised in the Arden Park neighborhood of Sacramento. Her mother was raised here on 44th and J in East Sac, and her grandmother still lives

here today. Fun fact, she was the grandmother in the movie Ladybird, which my wife was also featured in. Outside of that, Sacramento's vibrant community and beautiful

surroundings provide the perfect backdrop for custom homes. The diverse architecture and rich history inspire many of our designs, making it a wonderful place to build. A place we are happy to call home.

Can you share a memorable project you've completed recently?

One of our recent projects was a stunning modern home that featured sustainable materials and eco-friendly design. It was rewarding to see our clients' excitement when they moved in, truly making it their own.
