Empire Nail Spa was founded with a mission to provide guests with an elevated luxury experience while building lasting relationships with customers. The goal has always been to offer the best nail care and beauty services, helping every client feel like the most beautiful version of themselves.
Owner Martin Nguyen had never worked in the nail spa industry before, but he brought with him years of experience in customer service and a genuine love for meeting people. When a friend approached him with the idea of investing in a nail spa alongside his mother, who had over 15 years of expertise, Nguyen seized the opportunity. The journey to opening was not without challenges including delays and setbacks, but through perseverance and the support of their loyal customers, the business was able to open its doors and grow into what it is today.
From the beginning, Empire Nail Spa set out to stand apart in an area with many options for nail services. The vision was clear: create a clean, modern, and welcoming space where exceptional customer service and highly skilled nail technicians would be the standard. The staff takes pride not only in their craft but also in fostering a friendly, relaxed environment. Conversations, laughter, and a sense of community are as much a part of the experience as the manicures and pedicures themselves.
Over the years, Empire Nail Spa has built a loyal clientele, with most new customers coming through personal recommendations. Nguyen is proud that
many of the original nail technicians who started with the business are still part of the team, reflecting the supportive
and positive workplace culture. Regular clients appreciate the open, airy feel, the cleanliness maintained at all times, and the
warm, personal attention they receive.
For Nguyen, running the business is not just about services, it is about relationships. He values the trust customers place in them and strives
to ensure every visit is a pleasant and memorable one. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, dining out, and boating,
often spending his free time with family and friends in Elk Grove, where he lives.
Whether it is sharing a meal or attending gatherings, connection and hospitality are central to his life both in and out of work.
Looking ahead, Nguyen envisions continued growth for Empire Nail Spa.
Plans for the future include expanding the team to welcome more talented professionals who share the same dedication to quality and care. The aim
is to keep elevating the client experience while maintaining the friendly, welcoming atmosphere that has become their
hallmark. With a strong foundation built on customer loyalty, skilled technicians, and a commitment to excellence, Empire
Nail Spa is poised to keep making clients feel pampered, valued, and beautiful for years to come.
