Dana Gray
MAY 2026
Gray Group Real Estate Team, Coldwell Banker Realty Dana Gray, a neighborhood Realtor with the Gray Group Real Estate Team at Coldwell
Banker Realty, along with her partner Mandy Scott, approaches her work with a perspective that goes far beyond simply buying and selling homes. At the
core of their business is a commitment to helping people achieve their goals in a way that truly works for them. Dana
sees herself not just as an agent, but as a trusted advisor—guiding clients on timing, preparation, and connecting them
with the right people along the way.
Since beginning her real estate career in 2015 and launching her team in 2022, Dana has built her business around
relationships, trust, and honest guidance— always without pressure. That foundation continues to shape her work today.
Dana’s connection to her community is at the heart of both her life and her business. Having lived in the neighborhood
for over 24 years, her roots run deep. While her family was initially drawn to the area for its large lots and excellent schools, what
truly made it home was the people. Over time, the neighborhood has become an extension of her family. From coaches and
close friends to neighbors who consistently show up for one another, there is a genuine sense of connection that defines daily life
here. Whether it’s celebrating traditions— like Christmas morning spent in pajamas with neighbors for over two decades—or
supporting one another through life’s more challenging moments, this community shows up with heart. It’s a place where
people don’t just live near each other—they truly care for one another.
Dana and Mandy are also proud, long-time supporters of the neighborhood, serving as primary sponsors of Arden Park and Recreation events each year. For
them, it’s not only a way to give back, but a meaningful way to stay connected to the community they love and serve.
Her greatest influences are her family.
Dana credits her parents as lifelong role models who instilled the importance of generosity and putting family first. She is
equally inspired by her children, whose intelligence, drive, and kindness motivate her daily. Her son, Dylan, reminds her to
slow down, while her daughter, Sarah, encourages her to continue pushing herself to be the best version of herself.
Her husband, Matt, is a steady source of support, offering encouragement through the natural ups and downs of the business.
In 2023, Arden Park resident and Realtor Mandy Scott joined the Gray Group, bringing shared values and deep community
ties. Together, they focus on providing personalized service and building meaningful relationships with every client they serve.
Mandy is driven by the people she works with and the trust they place in her during important life moments. A homeowner
since 2006 and now on her seventh home, she brings both experience and perspective, helping clients navigate the process while
building long-term wealth and appreciating the lasting appeal of the community. Outside of real estate, you’ll often find Mandy
walking her two dogs with friends on Friday mornings, another reflection of her strong ties to the neighborhood.
In a business where every transaction presents new challenges, the Gray Group is known for being solution-oriented.
Whether navigating complex contingencies, coordinating repairs, or managing multiple moving pieces, they approach each situation with creativity,
determination, and a calm, steady hand.
What drives Dana most is the opportunity to be part of meaningful moments in her clients’ lives. From first-time buyers to those making major
transitions, she values the trust placed in her and the relationships that continue long after the transaction.
Looking ahead, Dana and Mandy are focused on continuing to serve their community, growing their team, and mentoring agents who share a peoplefirst
approach. Outside of work, Dana enjoys staying active—you’ll often find her working out at City Sports with Sarah—walking her mini bernedoodle,
Gracie, and spending time with friends at local restaurants. And if you happen to see either of them out and about in the
neighborhood, feel free to wave or say hello—they’re always happy to connect.
