International Carmichael was gaining greater control over his time and building something meaningful for his family and

future. He has always had a strong work ethic and reached a point where he wanted to invest that energy into something he

could truly grow and take ownership of.

Jeff is most proud of the team effort behind everything they do. It takes a great deal of coordination, and he is proud of

how everyone shows up each day and genuinely cares about customer service.
